New TV show showcases everything we love about Barns

Old and new, simple and extravagant, urban and rural, barns remain a powerful symbol of the American landscape.   WILD ABOUT BARNS celebrates this icon showcasing historic, backyard and show barns across North America.    Hitting back roads from coast to coast, hosts Ariel Koester and Ingrid Schaffenburg share personal stories from ranchers, farmers and city folk alike who have a passion for barns and all things equine.

Wild About Barns airs weekly on RIDE TV, a 24/7 high definition network dedicated to the horse culture and lifestyle.  Tune in to DISH Network, Channel 248 in the US or catch us on The Rural Channel in Canada.   We showcase everything from small, affordable backyard barns to renovated 19th century event barns and multi-million dollar Olympic training facilities. We talk to barn architects, builders, horse trainers and horse owners who work with horses of every breed and discipline.
