Texas country singer, songwriter, guitarist, television host, and on-screen personality Ali Dee is used to wearing a lot of different hats as her career in the entertainment industry multi-blossomed seemingly everywhere at once. She came to country music while spending her summers in the mountains of North Carolina as a child, listening to everyone from Dolly Parton to the Dixie Chicks. She picked up guitar and started writing songs while she was in high school, and has since performed her brand of country on the Texas/Oklahoma Red Dirt circuit. Shes's one of the only independent female country artists in history to break into the iTunes TOP 20 country chart with the Sept 2012 release of her debut EP, Sweet Southern EP. As a live performer, she's shared the stage with country legends like Clint Black, Randy Travis, Charley Pride, as well as popular red dirt acts the Casey Donahew Band, No Justice, Bart Crow, Kyle Park, Josh Abbott Band and many more. Concurrently, she became a regular television presence as a TV and arena host for the NBA's Dallas Mavericks, as part of the broadcast team for Fox Sports' national coverage of Championship Bull Riding, and for her role on two seasons of the CMT television show Texas Women, in which she had three original songs featured. Ali Dee also has designed and developed a successful fashion line, the Ali Dee Collection, which appears in over 150 boutiques and western stores across the country, for "strong women who are proud of who they are and where they come from."
